Assisted Web Enrollment

Using this method, a benefits specialist walks employees through the employer's online enrollment site. The specialist educates employees on all benefit choices, answers any questions, and assists with enrollment.

Integrated Web Enrollment

The integrated Web enrollment allows employees to access educational information about their options on the online enrollment platform and simply elect the benefits. They can always call our office to access a benefits specialist for additional information and assistance.

Call Center Enrollment

Employees call a toll-free number to speak with their benefit specialist, or the employee schedules an appointment like a one-on-one meeting. The benefits specialist will call the employee at a convenient time.
